Milos has exhibited in solo shows at Ken Segal Gallery, Site Gallery, Main/Access Gallery and Centre culturel franco-manitobain in Winnipeg as well as a number of exhibitions in former Yugoslavia. His works are included in the Government of Manitoba Art Collection, Art Gallery of Bosnia and Herzegovina Art Collections and numerous private collections in former Yugoslavia as well as Canada, United States and Australia.
