Zarko Vuckovic was born in Knin, Croatia, in 1963. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 1987, and completed postgraduate studies in 1990.

Zarko Vuckovic has had 22 individual exhibitions and has taken part in over 250 group exhibitions at home and abroad.

He has received 20 awards and prizes for paintings and drawings.

Zarko Vuckovic is a member of the ULUS (The Association of Serbian Artists).

He is a Associate Professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Pristina (Zvecan).
